Nadine Underbrink, M.Ed.
Cash4College, President


Nadine Underbrink, M.Ed., President of Cash4College believes in each student’s collegiate and professional potential.

Nadine earned her degree in Systematic Theology, B.A. and then her Masters Degree in Education in Principal Leadership from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, TX. She has served Houston and surrounding areas as a private college consultant, radio host on EWTN and Radio Maria national radio stations, parish lecturer, educator, academic guidance counselor, and Academic Dean of Curriculum and Instruction in the Galveston-Houston Archdiocese.

Her vast experience allows her to provide college counseling for all types of students from valedictorians to students with learning disabilities. In a recent lecture, Nadine said, “The key to successful college admission and earning scholarships is to identify the appropriate options for each student. Even the best students are unique; their college choices and financial needs are, too.”

Her company works with students in private college preparatory high schools, Houston Independent School District, Clear Creek Independent School District, Cypress- Fairbanks Independent School District, Katy Independent School District, Fort Bend Independent School District as well as students throughout Texas and the U.S.

Cash4College provides private college and scholarship counseling, fine arts coaching and athletic recruitment for students thought out the U.S.

As of 2020, their students have earned over $9.61 million dollars in grants and scholarships.




David Harley
Athletic Recruiter

David Harley is a former High School NHFA All-American Defensive Back and Kick Returner. Harley was a two-sport college athlete (Football and Track) and received All-Conference Honors in both sports along with $124,000 to attend college. After finishing his college athletic career, David began coaching Defensive Backs and recruited at the collegiate level.

As a recruiter, David takes the “headache” out of the process. He offers personalized, step-by-step coaching through the ins-and-outs of the recruiting process to ensure eligibility and to maximize athletic scholarships. He begins the process with a personal evaluation of a student’s athletic ability and a potential list of colleges which match a student’s personal needs, and he provides professional advice on how to gain the attention of these university teams.


Mary Pinkerton, M.Ed.
Military Academy & College Counselor

Mary Pinkerton earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Purdue University with a Masters in Education from the University of Houston. She has been an educator for 24 years with 15 years at the high school level.

Additionally, in 2007, she began her private tutoring business and started working college-bound students on their college applications including Bryn Mawr College, PA, University of Texas at Dallas, University of Dayton, OH, Carnegie Mellon University, University of Notre Dame, University of Dallas, University of Texas at Austin, University of Rochester, NY and the US Naval Academy.

Mary understands the college application process and the military academy application requirements. ” Students succeed once they create a plan and follow it early in their high school career.”



Theresa Diaz
Fine Arts Coach

Theresa has worked as a local Dance Instructor/Choreographer for the past twenty-eight years at Tammy Kim Dancers, Alvin, TX, and currently at Studio G Dance in Manvel, TX. Her choreography has produced top award -winning routines at National Competitions including Creed by John Michael Talbot; If I Were A Rich Man from FIDDLER ON THE ROOF; Clumsy by Fergie; Coffee Break from HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS WITHOUT REALLY TRYING; Too Darn Hot from KISS ME KATEWe Are In Love by Harry Connick, Jr.; The Hard Knock Life from ANNIE; and America from WEST SIDE STORY.

Theresa helped produce musicals at Alvin High School from 1990-2004, and acted as Assistant Director/Choreographer for GREASE, OKLAHOMA!, ANYTHING GOES, INTO THE WOODS, MY FAIR LADY, THE MUSIC MAN, ONCE UPON A MATTRESS, SHE LOVES ME, SUGAR, 42ND STREET, and KISS ME KATE. Theresa runs a Musical Theater Club at St. Mary Catholic School in League City, TX, where she recently wrote, directed, and choreographed two mini-musicals titled, HOPE CARRIES US THROUGH and GIRLS SEEKING HAPPINESS. Additionally, starting 2017, she will begin teaching dance at Texas A & M University Galveston.

Theresa also holds a BA in Theology from the University of St. Thomas, Houston, TX, and is currently pursuing Graduate Certification from the Theology of the Body Institute in PA. She has worked in Children’s Ministry, Youth Ministry, and Adult Ministry for the past twenty years, and is presently the Director of Adult Ministry at St. Mary Catholic Church in League City, TX, and serves as Promoter/Lecturer of Theology of the Body throughout the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston.

Theresa coaches students in voice, dance and acting. She has said, “From the beginner to the advanced, they all have a place in art.” She prepares students to compete for some of the most competitive university fine art departments throughout the country.
