Women’s Tennis Falls To Princeton In ECAC Opener
ITHACA, N.Y. – The women’s tennis team started off the ECAC Indoor Championships on Friday with a 4-0 quarterfinal loss to top-seeded Princeton at Reis Tennis Center.
Freshman Lan Mi turned in a strong performance for the Big Red at #1 singles, where she was up a break in the third set before the match was halted after Princeton (1-6) secured the winning point elsewhere.
The Big Red will now advance to the consolation semifinals, where it will play at 8 a.m. Saturday against the loser of a quarterfinal match fourth-seeded Yale and fifth-seeded Dartmouth.
