Baseball’s Colasante, Fang, Pauley Land on Ivy League All-Tournament Team

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard University baseball junior infielder/pitcher Gio Colasante, junior starting pitcher Callan Fang, and sophomore starting pitcher Truman Pauley all earned spots on the Ivy League Tournament All-Tournament Team, the Ivy League conference office announced on Sunday night.

Colasante hit .412 (7-for-17) in the tournament with six RBIs, two home runs, four runs scored, and two stolen bases as a batter, while throwing 2.1 innings with four strikeouts and a save as a pitcher. In Friday’s win over Yale, he went 2-for-4 with three RBIs at the plate before taking the mound and recording the game’s final two outs for the save. Colasante hit a homer in Saturday’s game against Columbia, finished 2-for-4 with an RBI in Sunday’s game against Yale, and tallied two hits, a homer, and two runs in the tournament finale vs. Columbia.

Pauley threw a career-high 9.0 innings with a career-best and tournament-record 13 strikeouts in Saturday’s game against Columbia. He allowed just one unearned run on five hits and two walks. He posted double-figure strikeouts for the fourth time this season. The effort earned him D1Baseball’s Mid-Major Loud! Performance of the Day.

Fang threw 6.0 innings in the start and win in Friday’s contest against Yale, allowing one run on four hits and two walks with four strikeouts. He limited the Bulldogs to a .200 batting average and helped the Crimson earn a spot in the winner’s bracket on Saturday.

The trio helped the Crimson finish as the runner-up at the 2025 Ivy League Tournament, defeating No. 1 seed Yale on both Friday (3-1) and Sunday (8-6) to advance to the final game of the tournament on Sunday afternoon against eventual champion Columbia.
