Ten from Men’s and Women’s Diving set for U.S. Olympic Team Trials

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — A total of 10 current and former University of Texas divers are scheduled to compete at the U.S. Olympic Team Trials – Diving on June 17-23 (Monday-Sunday) at the Allan Jones Aquatic Center. The week-long event will determine spots on the official Team USA roster for the upcoming Paris Olympics.

The Longhorns’ roster in Knoxville is set to include four current athletes: Manuel Borowski, Pierce Brooke, Nick Harris and Hailey Hernandez. Texas also will be represented by six former athletes: Janie Boyle, Grayson Campbell, Noah Duperre, Alison Gibson, Brendan McCourt and Jordan Skilken.  

The competition will commence on Monday, June 17 at 11:15 a.m. Central (12:15 p.m. Eastern) with the Women’s Synchro Springboard prelims. Hailey Hernandez and Jordan Skilken will be paired together in that competition, while Alison Gibson will partner with Krysta Palmer. The final for this event will be held on Monday at 8:15 p.m. Central (9:15 p.m. Eastern) and televised by NBC.

Men’s Synchro Springboard prelims are slated for Tuesday, June 18 at 11:10 a.m. Central (12:10 p.m. Eastern). Grayson Campbell will partner with Jack Ryan in that competition. The final for this event will be held on Tuesday at 8:30 p.m. Central (9:30 p.m. Eastern) and televised by NBC.

Women’s Springboard prelims will feature Alison Gibson and Hailey Hernandez and begin on Thursday, June 20 at 11:15 a.m. Central (12:15 p.m. Eastern), and the semifinals will be contested later that day at 4 p.m. Central (5 p.m. Eastern).

Men’s Springboard prelims should include Manuel Borowski, Pierce Brooke, Grayson Campbell, Noah Duperre, Nick Harris and Brendan McCourt and begin on Friday, June 21 at 9 a.m. Central (10 a.m. Eastern), and the semifinals will be contested later that day at 4 p.m. Central (5 p.m. Eastern). The Women’s Springboard final is scheduled for Saturday, June 22 at 6 p.m. Central (7 p.m. Eastern) and televised by NBC. The Men’s Springboard final is slated for Sunday, June 23 at 1 p.m. Central (2 p.m. Eastern) on NBC, while the Women’s Platform final is set for Sunday at 6 p.m. Central (7 p.m. Eastern) on NBC.
